As I am a engineer and I want to practice as a gst practitioner but according to rule 83 I am not eligible for gst practitioner but can I file the gst returns on behalf of registered persons
As a employee you can file the returns.

Anyone can file rerurn , there is no provision in gst law which restrict that only GST practitioner can file return
