i am b.com graduate and done tax consultancy course,so,can i eligible and apply for gst practitioner?

i have apply gstp in month of june but till not rec gstp no.. what action taken
Govt. concentrated in income from taxes only, not about the factors which helps for boost the taxes. It also needs co-operation from various intermediaries including practitioners. GST Practitioner subject is silent now. Please note on registering the GST Portal, only 15 days the created ARN will valid. Many simplification of taxes is necessary for smooth running of the machinery, other wise our country will face difficult financial crisis. Please note one of the most important priciple of taxation must be simple and liberal upto financial structure of the nation, then all taxpayers will come forward for payment.
My wife is M.A. Degree holder and pass a Tax Consultancy Course so can she apply for GST Practitioner?
