Then the Rate is 5 %.

In Energy generation sector i.e. Solar Energy, Wind Energy special TAX benifits are given by CENTRAL GOVERNMENT AND BY STATE GOVERNMENTS. After implementeation of GST in states, we need to confirm wether same tax benifits are continued or not.   

Below mentioned devices are covered under rate of 5%:

Renewable energy devices & spare parts for their manufacture
a) Bio-gas plant
b) Solar power based devices
c) Solar power generating system
d) Wind mills and wind operated electricity generator
e) Waste to energy plants/devices
f) Solar lantern/solar lamp
g) Ocean waves/tidal waves energy devices/plants

Kindly check whether your product falls under above categories, then it is 5%. Otherwise all such devices are at 18%

From where we can see/download itemwise rate of tax under GST?

GST on solar panels (or solar modules or solar cells) is 5%. See point number 12 in following link.

Can any one let me know what is BoM of Solar Power Generating System in a invoice.
