Yes, u can claim credit of gst charged on repair of motor vehciles
But section 17(5) denies it under amendment rule
No you can claim ITC on repair & Maintenance of Car , as its being aslo clarify in Amended Act (No.31 of 2018) , dtd 29/08/2018
