Yes, you can cancel the ST /GST registration..... [unless bank mandates for same]
so we have to take permission form the bank & what is the procedure for the cancellation
if you cancel the registration the bank will have to pay tax on RCM in GST regime (if the transaction results by unregistered person to registered person )
