I am doing trading business but less than tax audit limit. do I need to pay GST on rent paid and professional fees under RCM

is rent paid and professional fees fall under RCM?
As per Reverse charge mechanism, any persons liable to registered under the act he is liable to pay tax at reverse charge mechansm for the specified category.
