GST on Merchant Trading transaction in India followed by export

Bengal based Export Co will export dairy processing equipment to African Importer directly from Haryana based Manufacturer's  site via Gujarat Port. Inside India, it is MTT  and ultimately it is export on the part of Kolkata based Co.

Does it attract GST at any value chain? Kindly guide us about applicable act, law, rules etc.
