we have registeret in gst at delhi , we have a propery in gurgaon, which is rented to delhi based party. are we need a fresh registration under GST in haryana?

No. You do not have any any business vertical in Harayana. Only your property is in Haryana and you are giving rent to Delhi Party for whivh you shall prepare invoice to Delhi party. Therefore, it appears that you need not to get registration in Harayana.
