GST on GTA Services under RCM

Please advise, whether GST on GTA Services under RCM is applicable now a days or has been suspended till 31st March 2018

APPLICABLE FOR THE M/O SEPT.

AND AFTER SEPTEMBER , IT IS POSTPONED TILL 31-03-2018
