Gst on commission income
Dear Sir
My query is a Salesmen taking orders from Retailers on Behalf of Distributor and gets commission @ 1 or 2 % on order amount, will he be treated as Commission Agent ? And Whether he required to take Registration Under GST ? as commission income is around 5-6 Lacs P.A.
