Hello ,
my father works as daily collection agent in a bank,on which he earns commission. Earlier TDS was being deducted but now GST will be dedcuted @ 18%.
Can anyone tell me under which section and provision is the GST being deducted.

TDS on commission is deducted as specified in Section 194h of the income tax @ 5%.
