I have an GST registration in Gujarat, for my business purposes I went to the Delhi, where I stay in hotel and they charged CGST and SGST in invoice.
Now, in Gujarat, Can I claimed input CGST and SGST for above invoice?
no. you can not.
you use accomodation services in gujarat only, only then you can claim itc.
