Because of no clearcut direction from government.......... No awareness programs before new implementation!!!!!!!
there is no any restriction in GST law to sale goods to unreg. dealer. It is done just because of ignorance of law. U should discuss with them and let them know the provision of law.
but our PM CLEARLY indicated to department and State Govt. to all business should be registered under GST ...
