PAN card of the Organisation
Trade Licence Certificate.
Details and proof of place of business like Rent Agreement /Electricity Bill/Property Tax Receipt
Adhar card   of authorized signatory
Photo copy (stamp size) of authorized signatory
Certificate of Service Tax/VAT
First page of Current Account Bank Statement  
Letter Of Authorization (in case of Partnership )
