Dear sir my Income is Rent, I am holding Services tax registration, my annual Rent Income 14,00,000/- Now GST migration is required

yes, if you have currently registration under service tax , than you need to migrate under GST
My turnover is below 20 Lac, So why migration required
All the registered assessee need to migrate , If you are in exemption limit in GST , surrender
