Hi friends and seniors, I am Ajit based in Pune, doing practice in tax laws since 10 years, I have done my B.A, B.Com, LLB, LLM, MBA, MSW, Bachelor in Human Rights, PG Diploma in Cyber Law, Diploma in Tax Law… pursuing CS executive, however, I have been told by one of my senior advocates that advocates are no more allowed to do practice in GST law, only CA and CMA’s are being allowed to do practice in GST law.
Is this true?
However, can anyone guide me which course will be better for me to pursue like CA or CMA, I am not very good in study, but I'll try my best to grab the suitable degree?
I am not doing regularly court practice, except tax matters hence not more comfortable for regular court practice, and if in case I being forced to then I'll have to shift Mumbai or Delhi, which I don't want, hence I'm seeking advice from you good people, please guide me......
