I am not getting my provisional ID and Password on D-VAT site. Please suggest what to do now

Please tell whether i need to go to DVAT deptt or i can obtain it through mail. if any contact number/mail id for DVat, please provide
You have to visit the dvat department personally, no other option available.

Actully its a comapny, so who need to visit to deptt and with what documents ?
