GST implications when I engage my Labour on contractual basis to a Manufacturing Company

I have engaged my Labours on contractual basis for a manufacturing Company.
I received payment from company and give to my Labours.

Please help me out...
*What type of Business model is this under GST?
*How GST provisions are implicable?
*What is the Rate of GST?

1. supply of Labour is considered as supply of Manpower service under GST.
2. You have to charge GST at 18% if Ur T/o exceed prescribed limit or if u have take a registration
3. there could be liability of TDS on payment....to Labour
my turnover exceeds RS. 20,00,000, whether me liable to pay GST under Normal/Forward mechanism or Receipt (i.e. in my Case the Comapny) liable to pay GST under Reverse charge mechanism..?
what about accounting implication related to provident fund of such labour paid by consultant or the client??
