There is any implication of GST on employer employee relationship...
If yes then please let me know if firm gives gift to there employee or other issues ?

Service by an employee to the employer is not a supply of goods/services as per schedule III
Gift not exceeding 50000 rs in value in a financial year by an employer to employee shall not treated as supply of goods or services or both
