We want to sell of old used machinery which was imported pre GST. Whether we should charge applicable GST on transaction value ? or is there any concession ?

u have to sell as transaction value of the machinery...
on transaction value we hv to charge applicable gst right
u r liable to pay gst if you are registered dealer on transaction value as determined under sec 15 of CGST act
