If a HUF earning more than RS20,00,000 as Rental Income from commercial property, what will the impact of GST to the service provider? If the service provider is not registered under GST, then what will be the impact of GST?

Issue tax invoice, collect GST @ 18% and pay to treasury after deduction of any ITC..
