I'm a MBBS student at FATHER MULLER MEDICAL COLLEGE, they putting GST to our mess fee. please tell me is that legal?

I think as per rule Yes.
But, it's not a hotel business. It's based on educational institutions then why they ll collect GST...
I think it's wrong....
