Gst first time login error

Don't be wrong meaning....

All new registrant told "Not received Certificate, Not received Certificate, Not received Certificate!!!".

But,

You konw, All migrated Dealers also can't get Certificate. Only got PRC...!"

I am behind this issue for the last 12 days. Still this issue continues. I had contacted the helpdesk number (01204888999) and also via thier emails, helpdesk @ gst.gov.in & cbecbitra.helpdesk @ icegate.gov.in. But I did not get any proper reply from them. I did not get the reply from both emails. The persons in the call centre say that this issue is rare and had been transferred to technical team. But no reply from their technical team has been received so far. I think, they don't know how to resolve the issue. I get silly answers from them like changing the brower, try after sometime, clear browing history and cookies etc.

Finally I got the Registeration no. This mail id is very useful. Please send mail to this email and get the Request ID

First you ll be check your aadhaar/Mobile Number/DSC....

You upload all the details in correctly....?! If yes, Then it shown msg is only for Website traffic/Over load problems or your EVC/E-Sign/DSC Problems. So, Wait.

i was having the same trouble while loging in to the GST Login page. I found a blog which had a solution and it did worked.
