Gst first time login error

Help desk people also telling that it is a system error and will be rectified in next day, but next day also same thing happens...

Actually, if we enter invalid password, it gives message that the password is invalid, means it is going to the database and verifies our password.

So, what you are telling is that we have to wait and in two or three days we can create new username and password???

Anyone in this forum got the issue of "System Error Occured, Please try after sometime...."  while login first time - fixed or not?

I Got new GST on Sunday Evening (9th July 2017) Till now i am trying to get my new user id and password. I contacted the help desk too, but they don't have solution... 

Any ideas...........

Due to Web traffic congestion the error will occur. Just wait for some time or try to access the web after the official hours.

Okay, I will do..........

Its 2 weeks and problem still not solved for me. 

I don't think this is a server overload problem, Because i tried to login at low trafic hours.

Yes, You may be write, because i am a software engineer, as per my understanding the site is functional, but while it try to initiate action to create new username and password, the database is rejecting. it is a technical error, they have to fix it.

I don't know how many people get this error if it is a common error; and why they are not fixing it.

And what will be going to happen when Lakhs of people efile their outward Returns? Only God can do some miracle.

I think, All are very Very Urgent for the Registration...?!...

The previous Tax Regimes are very different to GST. But, We are facing some different experience in Before GST. The Experience are,

1. Pre- Verification

2. Documents Verification

3. Required Documents and Its Fact of Reality

4. And some etc.,

Those Details to verified the dept and then Issue the RC. It's taken time upto 20days for large Circles. Its my experience. Then,

into GST these all are not now or May be dept ll be doing it.

Mean time, Why not the GST Portal ll do it online...??? The registration Process get minimum time for uploading Documents and Form filling. So, The Portal also Work or Working...

In My view, All our applications are verifying online. So, wait for the reply. If all documents are correct getting possitive reply. If Not we getting Negative reply and Corrections... Its all are our EXPERIENCE.....!!!

Finally, after 30+ calls I done to various help desk and centers, I got a clear picture of this error. The local Commercial Tax Officer is approving /providing this GSTIN Number. First, they approve it and assign a GSTIN Number. Then the next step is to verify the same with Supervisor Log in. Unfortunately, that menu is not enabled for them for fresh registration. As per them, it will be enabled from GST team and this problem will be solved soon. Until then we can use this GSTIN Number wherever we want for transactions. The first returns for July 2017 will be due on Sep 10.  Before that, they will solve this issue as this common.

Hope this information helped you. Be patient as our GSTIN is approved and pending for verification. Happy transactions. Don't worry.
