Gst first time login error

Im also getting the same error at first time login, If any one have solutions kindly share.

Please try to once...

When I got new registration at the time same error ll be occured. I login third time it ll be worked.

So, please try to your new credentials and change it your choice...

I think it defenitley work. Wait and Log...

Do we have to contact with the concerned local commercial tax officer to rectify this problem.....  Or we need to wait for few days..... as the person need to file return for the months of July and August also...... Please help me in this........

I AM FROM GUJARAT FACING SAME PROBLEM NOW

Once i also got the same error and after sending multiple mail to gst supporting team i got fixed it after 30 days.

As per my understanding when trying to find solution people told me that "eventhough i got registered at GST Portal and Got GST Number, a Local Tax Higher Authorized officer has to verify it manually and authorize it in his window. Then only I can Login through the First login window and create a username and password".

Some places it happens very quickly, some places takes the local officer delays around 28 to 30 days.

Hence need to wait patiently. It is what I understood. Any how I got permission to Login after 28 days around. 

Any how try to call the customer care help line and  also try to mail to the supporting team in the GST Portal.

i have registered as a new taxpayer , and also recieved provisional id and password. but i cant able create new username and password . it seems 'system error occurd, please try after some time" why it is coming like this ? how can i solve this?

I am also getting the same error from last 2 days .. My Consignment is stucked bec of this . What is the alternative for this. Bec of this I m loosing lots of money.

Please help me.

Mostly, its due to a technical glitch. If the error persists, you may try forgot username & forgot password. You can also create a new username & password.Or send a screenshot of the error to helpdesk @ gst.gov.in

I'm also getting this error for more than 5 days.,

we have tried doing forgot username but it said username not created........
