I am in GST , purchase goods of 12%taxable from composite dealer, shall RCM applicable to that invoice

No, RCM does not apply on purchase from composite dealers

if you purchase goods interstate then IGST is charge and intra state sales then SGST and CGST charge

IGST is adjust with first IGST, then CGST and then your SGST out put
