can we claim ITC on hotel bills stating space consumption heading ?

itc on hotel bills can be availed if u have gst no in same state and ur hotel bill is in name of ur company
it is related to business or personal ?
You can claim the itc if it is for business purpose and if hotel is in the same state. Otherwise you can't claim.
so does hotel bills include food also.....
If they had charged 18% gst for food then you could claim the ITC. otherwise you can't claim the itc for that food expense.
