can any help us to following query s
1) I have lot of cenvat credit balance for June,30 2017, I want utilise these credit to set up July 17 tax liability.
2) can i utilise credit balance with out submission of Tran 1 as the form given 90 days to submission
3) I need to submit GSTR 3B before 20th Aug 17 for July, in this case sales I can figure out but credits how do I take for the purchases during july17. with out submission of GSTR1 by suppler my credits would not be auto populated in electronic credit ledger
