GST Composition Scheme Migration Applicability
Suppose a person registered as regular person in gst opts for composition scheme on 21st Sep,17 (within the composition option timelimit), then would he be treated as composition holder from July-Sept Qtr itself or from October onwards?

our of client is register on 15.09.17 we try to file gstr 4 for july - sept 17 but gst portal showing only oct - dec only
