I understand that as per Mr.Adhia, it will be decided on last day that it could be around 30 th June, unlike the rates were being declared in Budget.
What about composition scheme taxation(Builders) ? they will get input tax credit ?
Composition scheme is not available for builders. They shall be required to pay full GST. Off course they shall get credit on inward supplies. I expect that rate of GST shall be fixed on lower side for construction services.
