composition dealer should not collect GST from customer. services will not fall under composition scheme

No. Also you have to mention to invoice that you cant collect tax on such invoice.

as u mentioned composition dealer not collect gst from customers but if they supply to in any company they will levy gst on invoice

Yes but you cant avail it.Same is added in cost of product.
