is there any provision of annual audit in gst regime like we have in Income tax and Vat? if yes then what is threshold limit? Please mention the section or rule also.

Yes, as per Sec 35 (5) "Every person whose turnover during the FY exceeds the prescribed limit shall get his accounts audited by CA/Cost Accountant....."
