GST applicable for Advance paid for rental building?
can anyone suggest whether GST is applicable for rented House for that Advance amount?

No... GST not applicable for Residential Rent....
gst for rental of residential property for residential purpose is fully exempted
Also not applicale GST for the advance if it's commercial.
GST applicable only Commercial Rent paid by Registered Dealer under RCM basis...
