Gst registration is applicable if your turnover is above 20 lakhs.if your turnover is 600000 (50,000*12) then you are exempted under GST.

You may register under GST. You will not be charging GST on GTA service, as it is applicable under RCM in your case. But you will be required to maintain records of all other transactions and if liable charge GST, even if you have not crossed basic limit........... so, evaluate your hardship with benefits and take call..
