If GST is implemented even now, it is effective only from Apr 1, 2016. Till then provisions of all other relevant indirect taxes are applicable. Also GST cannot be implemented on retrospective basis.
Moreoever, if GST is not at all implemented, then we will have to continue with the existing laws only.
