is it mandatory to attached CA certificate to file GST R 10

It required as per your Remaining stock and Input Value
if zero stock in hand on effective date of cancellation then?
then u need not file a gstr10 return (only in my point of view)
no gstr 10 should be filed within the prescribed time otherwise you might get notices to file it in future..
