Limit for Gratuity applicable 4 Nov '10 xams is Rs.3.5 lacs. Amendment in gratuity limit to Rs.10 lacs is w.e.f May '10 i.e. A.Y.2011-12. Hence not relevant for Nov '10 xams. |
