Graduates who are still writing CPT and Group 1 of IPCC

I think ICAI can allow people doing IPCC Group-1 also to do articles!!! That would be fare enough, we need not waste anymore time!!

i am compleat my graduation in may 2010

i pass cpt ,but i waste my time of 1 year in doing ipcc

i do not passed any group of ipcc

so i am eligible for articalship ? if not then sir please give a chance of doing articalship.
