Can Government Servant be shareholder and Director in Pvt Ltd Company. And Person is not on Salary Roll of a Company.

yes he can be a director in pvt ltd co.
Can you please provide reference to it or Rules or judgement in this regard. Some people are harassing me.
i incorporated a co. few days back with two directors as govt. employee. yes, but it has been decided by them that they would resign from job now.
