If you are registered under GST, you will have to pay first GST under RCM.
If you are retail seller based on MRP, or composition trader, you cannot claim the tax, hence it will be little "Dikkat"
Dear Mr.Kamal, agar aapka supplier unregistered hai aur aap registered hain , toh aapko uss purchase par GST pay karna hoga.
