food items like wheat, rice or grams
Itmes which are not attracting Central Excise and VAT presently is likely to be exempt.
animal food item are included in exemption list
fresh milk, fresh fruits, food, cereals.contraceptives. human blood, puffed rice,papads,agricuotural implement, Condom etc are exempted
combination of negative list + fully exempted services in SERVICE TAX
