he can increase the passing marks to 60 & minimum marks to 50. then it is not a good news for us.

Any notification from ICAI for procedure for application for copies of answer sheets?
ICAI should reply upon this
Dude read between the lines,You can only "inspect" the copies,nothing more.This is only for your good so that you dont repeat the mistakes next time. I dont know about the intricacies of the judgement but i dont think you will be able to challenge the marks awarded to you anywhere. And for the record ICAI doesnt adopt any unfair means to Fail us,they have engrossed it into the system of low marking. Even if you think you are deserving in the event of failure,it will be hard to prove,as ICAI's marking criteria is gruesome.... For 6 questions you are awarded marks at 78 places or so.
