Gnl - 2 pas 4 pas 5

Yes, you have to file PAS-4 and PAS-5 in GNL-2 and in that Form you can select Private Placement Offer and in attachments (at point no.1 of Form GNL-2) you can attach PAS-4 and PAS-5 and CTC of SR (as a combined PDF) through which approval of members is taken for issue of shares on Priavte Placement Basis.

And when you will file Form PAS-3 in that there you will get the seperate option in attachmnent (at Point no.6 of PAS-3) for attaching the PAS-5.

With PAS-4 you have to attach the CTC of Speacial resolution passed for taking approval of members for issuance of shares.
