For the Registration of GMCS in the month of jul 13 fee would be 4000 or 5500? And in which favour we have to make Demand Draft . I would like to register myself in New delhi.

With effect from 1st july, 2013, the fee of GMCS is increased to Rs. 5,500 retrospectively. Thus, even you have already registered for the GMCS batch starting on and after first day of july, 2013, you have to pay the balance amount before attainding GMCS classes.
