i am not yet final qualified but can i join GMCS (Final Qualified) Course ?

Yes you can jon for GMCS if you are a final student

Yes obviosly you can.

And you have to do your GMCS 1 before completing 1 year of articleship.

Even if you are not eligible for Final Course ie. if you are in IPCC.
