Sir, I have a query regarding the attraction of 'GIFT TAX' on transfering a built up property by me to my blood related brother's daughter by way of gift deed.
Please let me know, as to wheather such transfer of property by way of gifting, will attract 'GIFT TAX' under the Income Tax Act ?
