General Meeting attendence

If a pvt. company has 2 shareholders Say A and B.

Both having joint holders. Say A jointly with X and B jointly with Y

Whether X and Y can hold valid General meeting by attending General Meeting instead of A and B.

YES THEY CAN ATTEND
Only second joint holders can form a valid AGM
The law says only about attending meeting by Member in person to constitute a valid quorum, ( Min. 2 In case of Pvt Company) ,And shareholder whether first or second will be recognised as member personally present, Only the condition that, If First and Second shareholder both are present, then voting rights shall be only of First Holder...
