After granting Power of Attorney by the Shareholder/member . Then in case if a person attends meeting who is authorised by POA, will his/her presence be considered in Person ?????

After granting of POA by Shareholder / Member, only the POA holder is allowed to attend the meeting. The Shareholder / Member even if present in the meeting, his presence will not be considered.

When the POA holder attends the meeting, the Original shareholder will not be considered as in person present, he will be considered as present only through proxy.
