Freight GST RCM
i am a registered dealer under favtory act we take a freight service from safe express pvt ltd and we got the receipt of amount with igst. and we pay the amount of of service .. thrn in this situation we have to pay the rcm of 5 percent

If Safeex is registered as courier company then gst charged by them is correct. You have no reverse charge liability for such service under GST.
take ITC of GST paid on freight service
In courier services there is No RCM , infact you can avail ITC on GST charge by Courier Company
