I am a Freelance website designer , and has just started receiving funds from abroad in my saving account , i am ready to pay tax as i have gone through the forum and found that i come under "head of income from business" , My main concernd is can i use my saving account for inward remmitences and pay tax on the money .

Yes you can receive remittances in your savings bank account.
It's better to open an EEFC account and keep the foreign exchange as it is in that account.
